低合金抗裂耐磨堆焊焊条的研制

摘    要:针对耐磨料磨损的使用条件,采用正交试验方法优化设计低合金耐磨损抗裂堆焊焊条,通过硬度、金相组织、耐磨性、抗裂性等试验,分析堆焊层的显微组织结构。试验结果表明,堆焊层组织为混合型马氏体和少量残余奥氏体+弥散分布的一次NbC,低碳马氏体和高碳马氏体数量相当。堆焊层硬度达到HRC58,具有高的耐磨性,且该焊条具有较高塑韧性,堆焊层抗裂性高,焊前不预热,焊后不缓冷,连续堆焊不产生裂纹,达到了研究目标的要求。

Abstract:In allusion to the using condition of grind particle wear,the low alloy hardfacing electrode with wear resistances,high hardness and crack resistances properties has been designed by orthogonal test.The experiments of hardness,metallurgical microstructur,anti-cracking and wearing resistances have been made.The results show that the new hardfaced metal microstructure of optimization hardfacing electrode was the mixed martensite and little retained austenite with NbC which are dispersively distributed in the matrix,the amount of low-carbon and high-carbon martensite was identically.The hardfacing metal has a high resistance to wear and crack.It has high plasticity and ductility.The hardness has up to HRC58,however,the crack of hardfacing metal did not occur even under conditions of non-preheating and non-postheating.
