模型预测控制在电厂过热汽温系统中的仿真研究

摘    要:针对火电厂过热汽温的动态特性,在PID串级控制方案中引入模型预测控制结构,副环采用常规PID控制,快速抑制进入系统的干扰,主环采用动态矩阵控制(DMC),抑制对象的大迟滞特性,以获得优良的跟踪性和鲁棒性。这种控制策略综合利用了预测控制的性能优点和串级控制的结构优点,仿真结果表明,该方法比常规PID串级控制更能有效地克服系统时滞、模型失配和干扰等未知影响,并且有较高的控制精度和较强的鲁棒性,可获得满意的控制效果。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic characteristic of superheated steam temperature at power plant,the Model Predictive Control structure is introduced into the PID cascade.The inside loop is used to overcome disturbance quickly,and the outside loop is used to compensate time-delay of object.It has good tracking performance and robustness.This control strategy uses the performances advantages of the predictive control and benefits of cascade control structure.Simulation curve of objects shows that this method is compared ...
