2205双相不锈钢急冷后金相组织中微裂纹产生机理的研究

摘    要:对2205双相不锈钢连铸坯进行了高温淬火实验,采用不同金相腐蚀方法对淬火试样金相组织进行观察,发现在其金相组织中均存在较明显的微裂纹。经分析发现,在淬火过程中因奥氏体和铁素体热膨胀系数不同而产生的热失配应力增加了试验后试样内残余热应力,较大的残余热应力在金相腐蚀过程中诱发了微裂纹;并理论上计算了热失配应力单独作用下淬火过程中微裂纹产生的临界淬火温降,为工业生产提供了理论参考。

Abstract:The quenching experiment of as-cast 2205 duplex stainless steel was carried out,and micro cracks were observed in the microstructures after different metallographic corrosion.Analysis showed that the thermal mismatching stress was induced by the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between austenite and ferrite during quenching,and it caused the the increase of residual thermal stress in the specimens after quenching.The larger residual thermal stress induced the micro cracks during metallography cor...
