摘    要:针对目前地区电网电压无功控制的现状,提出了基于多区图控制策略的地区电网电压无功优化控制方案,该方案借助地区电网调度自动化系统或集控站自动化系统采集的电网数据和遥控、遥调手段,以各个变电站内的有载调压分接头、无功补偿设备和地方小电厂的发电机励磁电流作为控制对象,采用多区图控制策略,实现全网电压无功优化的自动控制,可以有效地提高全网各个节点的电压合格率、降低网损。还讨论了实现上的若干技术问题,包括控制参数整定、无功调节量的大小、地方小电厂如何参与调节、长输电线中的网损影响等,并结合实例分析了多区图控制的控制效

Abstract:A control scheme for optimization of voltage and reactive power in regional power network based on multi-region chart control strategy is proposed to cope with the status quo of the control over voltage and reactive power in regional power network. Automatic control over the voltage of the entire network and optimization of reactive power are realized using the power network data gathered by the dispatch automation system of the regional power network or the automatic system of the centralized control station,by means of telecontrol and telemetry,and with control objects of on-load voltage regulation taps, reactive power compensation installations in all substations and the exciting current of generators in small local power plants. The performance of multi-region chart control strategy in automatic control over the optimization of voltage and reactive power in entire power network has made it possible to effectively increase the rate of acceptable voltage at all the buses on the entire power network, and reduce network loss. Also the discussed are some technical problems in implementation, such as the setting of control parameters, the magnitude of the amount of reactive power regulation, the way how small local power plants perform the regulating, and the influence of network loss in long transmission lines. The control effect with the multi-region chart strategy is discussed with examples.
