车用双向DC/DC控制策略研究及参数选择

摘    要:汽车负载的特殊性以及直流母线电压须按后级电机调速需要来自动调整,这就要求车用双向DC/DC变换器具有更高性能。带汽车负载的双向DC/DC变换器工作范围大,传统控制策略下,变换器有稳定性及动态性能受电路工作点影响较大等不足。对传统双向DC/DC控制策略进行改进,优化设计前馈通道,保证了变换器大范围内稳定性以及动态响应性能,同时也降低了负载功率扰动对母线电压不利影响。最后对带电动汽车负载的含双向DC/DC永磁同步电机驱动系统进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提控制策略有效性。

Abstract:The particularity of vehicle load and the necessity to adjust dc bus voltage according to the operating condition of drive motor require bi-DC/DC converter of electric vehicle with higher performance. Bi-DC/DC converter with vehicle load operates widly, and it's working points have evident effect on stability and dynamic performance of converter under traditional control strategy. A new control strategy for bi-DC/DC converter is proposed in order to reduce the influence of working point. In addition, the influence of load power disturbance on dc bus voltage is reduced effectively by optimizing feed-forward channel. Finally, the drive system with vehicle load is simulated by MATLAB/Simulink, and simulation results show the validity of the proposed control strategy for bi-DC/DC.
