超深井碳酸盐岩油藏裸眼分层注水管柱研究

摘    要:塔河油田的奥陶系碳酸盐岩油藏属于微裂缝发育,油藏埋深5 400~6 900 m,地层压力61.8MPa(5 600 m),地层温度120~140℃(5 600 m).随着油藏注水替油失效井的增多,需要通过分段注水来提高驱油效果与采收率.由于采用先期裸眼完井,在裸眼井段实施分段注水,普通裸眼封隔器等井下工具不能满足需要.针对这些问题,从方案优化、裸眼封隔器等井下工具优选、超深井管柱受力分析及优化设计、验封及投捞测配工艺技术研究和防腐防垢措施等方面开展研究,提出超深碳酸盐岩油藏裸眼分层注水技术.2口井的现场试验均取得了成功,全井配注误差<10%,配注合格率>90%.

Abstract:Tahe Oilfield ordovician carbonate reservoir is of micro-fracture development,which has depth of 5 400~6 900 m,the formation pressure is 61.8 MPa (5 600 m),the temperature between 120 ℃ and 140 ℃ (5 600 m).With uneffected wells increased by water injection,technology of separate layer water injection should be used to improve oil displacement efficiency and oil recovery.In addition to the presence of ultra-deep,high temperature,water inject into the open hole sections as pre-openhole completion in Tahe Oilfield,ordinary downhole tools cannot meet requirements as well as ordinary open hole packer.A series of studies have done on plan optimization open hole packers and other downhole tools preferably,the ultra-deep column analysis and optimization,seal inspection and measured and pulling with technology research and corrosion scale control measures.And then open hole separate layer water injection technology formed for ultra-deep carbonate reservoirs,with success test in two wells on site:well injection allocation error 〈10%,the injection allocation qualified rate〉 90%.
