摘    要:为提高不同次测量中,LED光通量测试结果的一致性,增强LED光通量测试系统的实用性与智能化,基于虚拟仪器技术,v以LabVIEW为开发平台,设计开发了LED光通量测试软件系统。实现了LED光通量测量中的自动保存、历史数据查询、光衰曲线绘制等功能。该系统开发周期短,结构简单,界面友好,可扩展性强,稍作改进可用于LED光电综合参数的测量。

Abstract:In order to improve the consistency of luminous flux measurement of LED in different testing times and to enhance the availability and intelligence of the measurement system, a LED luminous flux measurement software system was designed and developed by LabVIEW development platform based on virtual instrument technology. The system can automatically save experimental data, give us historical data as required and help us draw the lumen depreciation curve. The system is outstanding for its short designing time, simple structure, friendly interface, good expansibility and it can be used in the measurement of LED comprehensive parameters for a few minor changes.
