摘    要:塔里木油田的CXL5井发生钻具断裂事故.通过钻具结构尺寸和断裂位置分析、断口宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验,认为钻具断裂属于早期疲劳断裂.地质条件复杂,蹩钻和跳钻严重,没有使用减震器,使得钻具受力条件特别苛刻,加速了钻具的疲劳破坏.钻具早期疲劳断裂既与受力条件苛刻有关,也与钻具结构和钻具磨损有关,材料问题不是钻具断裂的主要原因.为了防止或减少钻具断裂事故,应严格进行探伤检查.

Abstract:A thorough investigation on fracture accidents of drill stem elements is given in this paper.By means of analysis on structure dimension and fracture position of drill stem elements,macro-fracture,chemical composition,and mechanical property test,the fracture cause of drill stem elements was analyzed.The test and analysis results shown that the fractures of drill stem elements were early fatigue-fractured,which were accelerated because of geology complexity and severe sprain and skip drilling without no absorber used.The fracture cause is not only related to drilling condition rigor,but also related to structure and wearing out of drill stem elements.In order to prevent drill stem elements from fracture,NDT should be carried out strictly.
