摘    要:根据塔里木地区的井深特点,研制了8 000m直流电驱动钻机.分析了绞车的传动原理、功率配置原则.超深井钻机的提升能力和效率是重要考核指标,因此重点分析了该绞车的提升特性曲线.现场试验证明:该绞车满足了塔里木地区的钻井要求,效率高、安全、可靠、钻井成本低.

Abstract:In view of well depth characters in Tarim area,the 8 000 m DC electric drilling rig were designed and manufactured as required.The drawworks drives principle and the power distribution principle was analyzed.Ultra-deep drilling rig lifting capacity and efficiency are important assessment,so an analysis of the drawworks upgrade characteristic curve is focused on.Field test shows that the drawworks designed and manufactured for Tarim area meets the requirements of high efficiency,safety,reliability,and low cost.
