摘    要:摘要:针对区间型多准则决策问题,提出一种基于云模型的区间VIKOR决策方法.首先,提出将普通的区间型数值转化为能体现模糊性与随机性信息的云决策矩阵方法;接着,给出了正负云理想点的确定方法以及云模型距离测度公式,在此基础上发展了一种云VIKOR方法;最后,通过空调选择的算例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:Abstract: For interval multi-criteria decision making problems, a method based on cloud model interval VIKOR decision method is proposed. Firstly, a method is proposed to transform the ordinary interval values into a cloud decision matrix which reflects the fuzziness and randomness of information. A method is then offered to determine the positive and negative ideal point and cloud model distance measure formula, based on which, a cloud VIKOR method is developed. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of this method is verified through the example of air conditioning selection.
