井下涡轮发电机工作性能研究

摘    要:介绍了井下涡轮发电机的工作原理:涡轮马连将泥浆的压能转变为机械能,并通过发电机将机械能转变为电能向外输出。由于泥浆涡轮和永磁发电机安装在同一转轴上,联合工作时二者扭矩必须相等,困此为了得到两者联合工作的最佳性能,找到最优工作点,通过调节流体流量和电路总阻值来对井下涡轮发电机工作性能进行相关的研究,并结合了井下涡轮发电机现场工作环境和要求,提出井下涡轮发电机工作中可能出现的问题并给出了相应的解决方案。

Abstract:This article introduce the working principle of downhole turbine generator: Mud pressure be transformed into mechanical energy by turbo motor, and mechanical energy be transformed into electrical energy through the generator. As the mud turbine and permanent magnet generator mounted on the same shaft, the torque must be equal, therefore ,in order to get the best performance of the joint work and find the optimal operating point, this article research the performance about the downhole turbine-generator by adjusting the fluid flow and changing the total resistance, field application of combined, and made the problems about Downhole turbine generator to work and the given the solution to solve these issues.
