摘    要:在动载三体磨粒磨损条件下,试验研究了冲击载荷的变化树铸态复相耐磨钢动载磨粒磨损特性的影响。结果表明;在给定的低铬铸铁下试样条件下,当冲击载荷较小时,铸态复相耐磨钢具有良好的冲击耐磨性。试验开发的铸态复相耐磨钢是一种适用于中小型球磨机衬板的耐磨材料。

Abstract:The influence of varying impact energy on wear resistance of dual phase cast steel has been investigated under impact three body abrasion. It's shown that when impact energy is smaller, the dual phase cast steel provided the better wear resistance under given lower sample witch is made low chromium cast iron. The developed dual phase cast steel is applicable as scaleboard materials in a middle or smaller type of ball mill.
