摘    要:实验研究了四通换向阀对风冷热泵冷热水机组系统性能的影响;分析比较了四通换向阀的吸气压降损失、排气压降损失、吸气温升损失和泄漏损失;在制冷和制热工况下,四通阀造成的平均系统性能损失分别为6.04%和7.59%,平均吸气压降损失分别为5.49%和7.31%;从实验的角度分析了提高风冷热泵冷热水机组系统性能的方向。

Abstract:The influences of four-way reversing valve on the system performance were investigated experimentally. The suction pressure drop loss, discharge pressure drop loss, suction temperature increase loss, and mass flow leak loss were analyzed quantitatively. The research results show that total performance loss of the system is 6.04% and 7.59%, and performance loss due to suction pressure drop respectively is 5.49% and 7.31% in cooling and heating mode. The direction of system performance increase was analyzed experimentally.
