国产大型循环流化床锅炉优化设计探讨

摘    要:国产大型440t h超高压再热循环流化床锅炉,采用引进国外410t/h或440t/h循环流化床锅炉设计技术,经消化吸收加以创新改进。目前在国内已设计、制造和发电的440t/h循环流化床锅炉已达百余台。针对该型锅炉的有关技术特点、存在的问题等方面,从设计环节入手进行了分析,并就如何进一步优化设计进行了探讨,以期对新建循环流化床锅炉机组提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Large, China made 440 t/h super-high pressure reheat circulating fluidized bed boilers were manufactured after assimilating with inventive improvement of some design technologies of pertaining 410 t/h or 440 t/h CFB boilers, licensed from abroad. At the moment, more than hundred 440 t/h CFB boilers have been designed, manufactured and put into operation in this country. This paper, in the main aiming at the special technical features and existing problems presents, starting from design, an analytical discussion of this type of boilers; exploring at the same time how the design may be further optimized; herewith proffering some reference material for future CFB boilers.
