基于逆向工程的自由曲面数字化检测方法研究

摘    要:讨论了对已有CAD模型的自由曲面的数字化检测问题,提出了以自由曲面边缘轮廓的质心和最小惯性主轴为定位基准,使被检测曲面与CAD模型对齐的方法,先进行边缘轮廓检测,再根据逆向工程软件Surfacer进行自由曲面表面特征的检验,为实现已知CAD模型的自由曲面的在线检测提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The digital inspection of a free form surface which already has CAD model is discussed in this paper. It is provided that making curved surface inspected justify with CAD Model while the fixing position is based on centroid and minimal inertial main shaft of free form surface borderline. First,to inspect borderline,then to inspect surface characteristics of the free form surface by using reverse Engineering Software-Surfacer,as a results, the theoretical basis is provided for on-line inspection of the free form surface.
