桥梁缆索系统的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:大跨度桥梁的缆索系统是悬索桥、斜拉桥和拱吊桥的主要承重结构。由于处在跨越江河湖海和承力的环境下,承受动载和静载,长期暴露在风雨、潮湿和污染空气的环境中,既有应力腐蚀、疲劳腐蚀,又有金属腐蚀,索体和锚具结构件都容易遭受腐蚀破坏,为了保证桥梁和缆索结构的安全,必须对缆索进行防腐保护。结合工程实践,讨论缆索实用防腐蚀保护系统,分析和探讨新的长效缆索防腐蚀保护技术及其应用。

Abstract:The cable systems for modern long span bridges are the major bearing structures of suspended bridge,stayed cable bridge and arched draw bridge, which must be subjected to stress,fatigue and metal corrosions due to their crossing rivers,lakes and seas;also because they are in load bearing environment and must bear dynamic and static loads,as well as be for a long time in the environments of wind,rain,moisture and polluted air Therefore the cables and anchoring accesso ries are easily damaged by corrosions,so they must be protected in order to guarantee the safety of bridges and cable structures The practical anticorrosive systems of the cables are discussed;the new and lasting protective techniques of the cables and their uses are also analyzed and explored by way of project practice
