摘    要:设计了一种高功率因数整流器。通过高功率因数PWM控制芯片L4981A,构建桥式AC/DC电路拓扑,分析了其工作原理并进行了系统仿真,叙述了拓扑电路的设计和参数选取,最后给出了样机实验结果。该整流器控制电路简单、元器件少、成本低、功率因数高,适合于中小功率直流电源和蓄电池充电器,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:A high power factor rectifier is proposed in this paper. With PWM control chip L4981A, the bridge AC/DC topologic circuit is constructed. The circuit principle is analyzed and simulated with PSpice and its design parameters are introduced. The experimental result shows that the proposed approach has many advantages, including simplified control, fewer semiconductor components, low-price and high-performance features and it is especially suitable to low cost and high power applications.
