摘    要:研究了常压等离子体处理对麻棉织物短流程前处理的影响。通过在短流程前处理工艺之前增加一道等离子体预处理工艺,可达到既节约成本又节能减排的目的。并对等离子体处理条件、双氧水质量浓度和汽蒸时间等工艺因素进行了实验研究,分析了织物的毛效、白度和断裂强力等实验指标。实验结果表明:较常规短流程工艺,等离子体预处理不仅实现了无碱前处理,而且双氧水用量节省了30%,汽蒸理时间也缩短了30%。利用等离子体技术,研究了麻棉织物的无碱短流程前处理工艺。

Abstract:This study is designed to the effect of the atmospheric plasma on short process pretreatment of ramie cotton blended fabric.Prior to the pretreatment to increase plasma treatment,it can achieve both cost-effective emission reduction and energy-saving and pollutant reduction purpose.The plasma conditions, concentration of H_2O_2 and steaming time were studied experimentally.The capillary effect,whiteness and breaking strength were tested.The experimental results show that compared with conventional pretreatm...
