E36级船板钢正火工艺的研究

摘    要:用力学性能测试和光学显微镜研究正火温度和时间对厚度为60 mm的控轧控冷(TMCP)态E36级船版钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,正火后TMCP态船板钢的综合性能有较大提高,虽然在强度上稍有下降,但其塑性,尤其是低温冲击性能都有较明显的改善。随着正火温度的升高,晶粒长大,冲击性能下降;随着正火保温时间的延长,改善了珠光体带状组织、消除了混晶组织,冲击性能有所提高。最佳的正火工艺为880~910℃,保温约100 m in后空冷。

Abstract:Effects of normalizing temperature and time on microstructure and mechanical properties of E36 grade ship plate steel with thickness 60 mm were studied by using mechanical properties test and optical microscope.The results show that elongation of E36 grade ship plate steel after thermo mechanical control process(TMCP)increases greatly with normalization,especially low-temperature impact toughness is obviously improved.Grains size grows up and the low-temperature impact toughness decreases with normalizing t...
