摘    要:本文采用松下FPO系列PLC对多路温度巡检系统进行程序设计,旨在完成多路自动温度检测系统。它具有循环检测多路温度信号、单点读出、自动检测故障、自动报警、手动与自动切换、偏差修正等多种功能,尤其在更换部分外部组件后可以用于压力、速度等物理量的循环检测。该系统适合于在环境温度、干扰条件较为恶劣的场合进行实时监测,并且测量精度高、成本适中。

Abstract:This paper presents an approach for automatic circulatory multiple temperature detection which designs the program on the PLC of Panasonic FP0 series. The PLC based system in this paper is able to complete diverse function, such as circularly detecting multiple temperature signal, reading the translation of a single point, detecting the system fault automatically, alarming automatically, switching between the manual mode and automatic mode, correcting the deviation and so on. Specially, this system can circularly detect of pressure and speed after replacing some external components. The system works well on real-time monitoring with a high measurement accuracy and a moderate cost even in condition of unfavorable environment temperature and interference.
