沥青烟电除尘控制器关键控制技术仿真研究

摘    要:针对沥青烟电除尘器的控制特点,在分析了工程应用中智能电源控制器的实际功能需求的基础上介绍了电除尘器的关键控制技术——精确二次电压跟踪控制和快速火花响应控制,明确了相应的控制算法,并在FPGA中实现了这些关键技术。通过QuartusⅡ集成开发环境进行了电路仿真,结果表明该模块达到了设计的功能。

Abstract:According to the control features of Asphalt Fume electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and intelligent power supply con- trollers' requirements, the two kinds of key control technology accurately secondary-voltage tracking control and rapidly spark response were introduced in the paper. Firstly the control mathematical algorithms are formulated, then they are realized on field programmable gate array (FPGA) through Quartus II integrated development environment, lastly relevant simulation is designed to test these modules. The simulation results indicate that the key control algorithms and corresponding module can meet the controller' s requirement.
