摘    要:为了提高双异步电动机联动闭环变频转速控制系统的性价比,提出以PROFIBUS-DP通信总线沟通PLC、变频器通信联系、PLC运行智能控制程序、并配以触摸屏作为系统的操作界面的设计方案。将转速模拟信号送入变频器模拟输入端,在变频器转换为数字信号后由PROFIBUS—DP通信线输入PLC,在PLC实现单神经元和专家系统相结合智能型PI控制算法的运算,作为运算结果的控制频率数字信号又通过同一通信线回送变频器,控制电动机转速。这样,在提高系统性能的同时还能减少PLC模块。试验表明,该方案可有效解决系统内的通信、控制问题,使系统起动快速,运行平稳、操作方便,并具有较好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance-price ratio of double asynchronous motor linkage closed-loop variable frequency speed control system, a design is presented that communication between PLC and inverter is by PROFIBUS-DP communication bus, PLC operates intelligent control program and the system is equipped with a touch screen as operation interface. The speed analog signal is inputted into the analog input of the inverter, convert there to a digital signal that is sent into the PLC though PROFIBUS-DP communication line, and the calculations that realize intelligent PI control algorithm combined single neuron and expert system are achieved in the PLC, as the operation result the control frequency digital signal is fed back to the inverter again through the same communication line, to control the motor speed. It not only enhances the system performance but also reduces PLC module. Test results show that the design can effectively solve the communication and control problems within the system, to make the system start rapidly, run steadily, operate conveniently and have better robustness.
