对新时期高校学生党员发展工作的思考

高校发展学生党员,不仅是对优秀青年培养和吸收的过程,更是对学生党员进行严格教育管理的过程。当前高校学生党员发展工作中还存在"重视发展结果,忽视发展过程"、"重视发展数量,忽视发展质量"、"重视发展前的考察,忽视发展后的教育"等问题。必须把发展前的细心培养、发展过程中的严格考察与入党后的教育管理有机结合起来。
