苯和四氢萘混合液加氢裂化反应动力学研究

摘    要:在经过改装的WF-8900型连续流动微反——色谱试验装置上,采用国产的以改性Y沸石为担体、Mo-Ni为活性组分的加氢裂化催化剂,研究了苯和四氢萘3种不同配比(摩尔比为3∶1、1∶1、1∶3)混合液的加氢裂化反应。考察了操作条件、不同原料配比时反应产物分布的影响,计算出苯和四氢萘的反应速率常数和表观活化能,并探讨了在苯存在下四氢苯的反应规律。

Abstract:The hydrocracking reactions of the mixtures of benzene and tetralin with mole ratios of 3:1, 1:1 and 1:3 over the modified Y zeolite hydrocracking catalyst continuous Mo-Ni activity components were studied in a continuous fixed bed microreactor (WF-8900A). The effect of the operational conditions and the mole ratios on the reaction product distribution were investigated, the reaction rate constant, and the apparent activity energies of beazene and tetralin were worked out and the reaction regularity of tetralin with benzene was obtained in the paper.
