基于80C196KC单片机的汽车道路试验数据采集仪的研制

摘    要:研制了基于80C196KC单片机的汽车道路试验数据采集仪,详细分析了硬件电路、软件结构和误差。设计了32位高精度硬件定时器和对4路脉冲信号的独立等精度采样电路,较好地解决了Windows下测试系统的实时性问题和对多路信号的等精度采样问题。试验表明:该数据采集仪工作可靠,测试精度高,应用广泛。

Abstract:The DAQ instrument applied in the automotive road test was studied and developed based on 80C196KC microcontroller.Its hardware circuits,software structure and measure error were respectively analyzed in detail.Due to the design of the high accurate 32-bit hardware timer and the same grade and independent four-channel sampling circuit to the impulse signal in the instrument,the problem of real time to the test system based on Windows and the problem of same grade data acquisition to multi-channel signal were settled effectively.All the experiments indicate that the instrument is of reliable,of high accuracy and of broad application.
