| 摘 要： | 为了有效地对组织中员工离职风险进行事前的预警和分析,文章提出了一个不同于现有各种人力资源系统的员工离职风险的预警支持系统(ETRSS),其功能包括调查问卷及风险模板的配置、个人风险案例管理、员工调查与离职访谈、离职风险分析及预警等,并给出了包括系统核心对象类图、风险因子变量集的建立以及案例匹配与风险预警规则等关键技术的设计。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze and prevent employee turnover risk in advance,an employee turnover risk support system named ETRSS is proposed,different from the existing human resource management systems.Its functions involve questionnaire and risk templates,employee risk case,employee survey and exit interview,turnover risk analyzing and warning.And the paper also presents the design of some key technologies including system core class diagram,the set of risk factor variable ,similar case matching and risk warning rules etc. |
