| 摘 要： | 将模糊数学的思想运用在综合评价的过程中,创建了城市应急能力评价的指标体系,根据城市应急管理的特点,建立了城市应急管理的模糊综合评价模型.用该模型对某城市的应急管理能力进行了评估,从而论证了该模型的可行性和有效性.

| Abstract: | This paper aimed to use fuzzy synthesis evaluation to evaluate the urban emergency capability.The article applied fuzzy mathematics to comprehensive evaluation and establishes the urban emergency capability assessment index system,according to the characteristics of urban emergency management,a fuzzy synthesis evaluation model was established and it is used to evaluate the emergency management capability of one city,thus demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. |
