摘    要:医药化工行业生产中的大多数场所都是防爆区域,为了保证安全生产,很多生产工艺中(如合成反应、离心干燥等)都需要用氮气加以保护,或使用压缩氮气的压力作为动力来转移溶媒和物料。但是,氮气的成本和质量问题成为广泛应用的瓶颈。随着变压吸附制氮技术的日趋完善,为制药企业提供源源不断的优质、低廉的高纯度氮气。

Abstract:Most of the productions within pharmaceutical and chemical industry need to prevent explosion. In order to ensure the production safety, a lot of processes (such as synthesis reaction, centrifugal drying etc. ) need to be protected by nitrogen and the transferring of solvents and materials need the drive of compressed nitrogen. However, the problems of low-quality and high-cost of nitrogen have baffled its widely use. As the PSA becomes more and more perfect, it will be not a difficulty to persistently provide high purity nitrogen with high quality and low cost for the pharmaceutical enterprises.
