干气脱硫的参数控制

摘    要:在干气制乙苯装置中硫化氢的含量直接影响后续产品的质量及设备、管道材质,所以必须对进料干气进行脱硫处理。对干气脱硫过程中的各参数的控制是脱硫过程的关键。一般控制干气脱硫塔的操作温度在40~45℃,选择1~1.5MPa作为脱硫塔的操作压力,适当增加干气脱硫塔的塔板数,控制MDEA溶液浓度为25%~40%。提高溶剂再生塔的温度,一般塔顶温度为110℃,塔底温度为120℃,降低溶剂再生塔的塔顶压力为0.1MPa。使干气中硫化氢含量达到(10~30)×10^-6的要求。

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide content in the ethylbenzene unit from FCC dry gas can influence the qualities of succedent products,the equipment and pipeline material directly. To decrease effectively hydrogen sulfide content in dry gas before inputting the ethylbenzene unit,the input dry gas of the ethylbenzene unit from FCC dry gas must be desulfurized. To control the parameters during desulfurization is very important. General operation conditions of desulfurization tower are as follows:temperature 40~45 ℃,pressure 1~1.5 MPa,properly increasing plate num-ber,concentration of MDEA 25%~40%. When increasing solvent regeneration tower temperature(top temperature 110 ℃,bottom temperature 120 ℃)and decreasing solvent regeneration tower pressure(pressure 0.1 MPa),Hydrogen sulfide content in dry gas after desulfurization can meet the demand of(10~30)×10^-6.
