| 摘 要： | 天津钢管还原铁厂的回转窑密封原设计为气动甘油摩擦密封，其密封效果差，操作和维护费用高，增加了生产成本，采用美国Svedala公司的技术对两条回转窑和冷却筒的密封方式进行了改造，实践证明，效果很好。

| Abstract: | According to the original design the rotary kiln of DRI is sealed by pneumatic grease friction. The sealing is poor with high operation and maintenance cost and high production cost. Replacement of the sealing by the technique of Svedala company of America shows good results. |
