亚麻纤维的结构性能对染色性能的影响

摘    要:通过X衍射法、筒氨溶液法等测试和分析了亚麻纤维的微观结构,化学成分对其染色性能的影响,实验表明,亚麻纤维结晶度70%左右,棉纤维50%左右;亚麻纤维的取向度90%以上时,棉纤维60%左右,亚麻纤维的取向度远高于棉纤维。纤维的结晶度越高,取向度越高,纤维溶胀越困难,染色时染料透越困难,上染率越低,另外亚麻纤维含有较高的杂质,也对亚麻的上染率产生不良影响。

Abstract:This paper reports the study of the effect of microstructure of flax on its dyeability with X diffraction and cupri-ammonia methods. The results show that crystallinity of the flax is about 70 percent, that of cotton is about 50 percent, crystallinity and orientation index of flax is higher than that of cot ton. The higher the crystallinity and orientation index of flax, the more difficult the deforming of fiber is, which makes dyes permeating difficult, and the exhaustion becomes worse. On the other hand, the amount of foreign matter in flax is higher than that in cotton, affecting unfavorably to the dyeability for flax.
