中国小麦淀粉生产的发展与前景

摘    要:中国是世界上小麦产量最大的国家,又是历史上最早用小麦制造面筋与淀粉的国家。但长期以来,小麦淀粉产量很少。近年来,由于小麦丰收,库存严重,开发小麦淀粉利用意义重大。小麦淀粉制造中,谷朊粉的分离与B-淀粉的利用,是影响小麦淀粉经济效益的关键。介绍了中国内地小麦淀粉生产情况,探讨中国小麦淀粉的发展前景,它在中国淀粉行业的地位以及参与国际市场竞争面临的挑战。

Abstract:China is the biggest country for wheat production, and have the longest history for produce wheat starch and wheat gluten, but for long time, only very little starch had been produced from wheat. Recently, because of the good harvest of crops, it has been a very big problem of big stock of wheat. So it gives a very good chance for development of wheat starch production. In the production of wheat starch, the key-point for economic benefit is the separate of wheat gluten and the comprehensive uses of B-starch. This paper introduces the situation of wheat starch production in Chinese inland, discuses the development possible and future of wheat starch in China, and it's position in Chinese starch production, and the competition in world market.
