集成PCR芯片温控系统的设计

摘    要:针对自行研制的集成PCR芯片,以AT89C51单片机为核心,利用A/D转换器构成数据采集输入通道,采用修正的PID算法以及事件驱动编程模型,设计出升降温迅速、控温准确的集成PCR芯片温控系统。

Abstract:A temperature-controlled system of integrated PCR chips was designed,which was based on AT89C51 micro-controller,PID algorithm and event-driven programming model technique.The experimental results show that this system can control the chips accurately and the rise/fall rate of the chip is rapid.
