| Abstract: | The differentiation and relationship between bidding and implementation proposals are introduced. The significance of the application of construction organization design going through the whole process of construction is discussed. The compiling of bidding proposal and implementation proposal are introduced in detail in order to improve compiling quality of construction organization design. |
