对转轴件热处理后产生裂纹剖析

摘    要:利用光学显微镜、直读光谱仪和显微硬度计及模拟热处理等对转轴进行了裂纹产生原因的分析.结果表明:边缘和心部区域组织差异明显,存在组织应力.转轴裂纹位于圆弧台与轴身转角根部,正是应力集中处,组织应力与热应力叠加,造成淬火裂纹.

Abstract:Analysis the reason of the crack by optical microscope,direct reading spectrometer,micro hardness tester and simulative heating treatment,etc.The results show that,the metallographic structure of the parts edge and the center have significant differences,existing the composition stress.The stress concentrated on crack of the round convex body and the root of the shaft.The superposition of the organization stress and thermal stress can cause the quenching crack.
