摘    要:轧件不转是四辊行星轧管机的重要工艺特征.通过矢量法推导出轧件不转的条件,并用转臂法进行验证,给出了四辊行星轧管机轧制时轧件直线前进、内部无扭曲、整体无旋转的条件.

Abstract:The shell not-rotation is the important technical characteristics for four-roll planetary mill. In this paper,the shell not-rotation is derived from vector method and verified on rotating arm method.The condition of the whole shell not-rotation ,the inside of shell not-distortion and the shell rectilinear motion is given.
