摘    要:研究了驯化后的沼泽红假单胞菌(rhodopseudomonas palustris)生长细胞在不同条件下对奥克托今(HMX)的降解效果。结果表明,沼泽红假单胞菌具有较高的细胞活性,并对HMX具有较强的降解能力。在HMX质量浓度为130mg/L时,该菌株生长细胞降解的最佳条件为:温度25℃,pH值7;光照厌氧条件下的降解效率远远高于光照好氧条件下的降解效率,降解效率达到85.7%;HMX作为该菌株唯一的碳源和能源,降解效率与细胞浓度呈极显著相关,细菌降解效率保持在较恒定的水平。

Abstract:The decolorization effect of tamed rhodopseudomonas palustris growth cell to HMX under the different conditions was studied.The results show that the rhodopseudomonas palustris has high cell activity,and strong decoloring treatment ability to HMX.When the concentration of HMX is 130 mg/L,25 ℃ temperature,and pH value for 7,the degradation rate of light anaerobic conditions is much higher than the light well under the condition of oxygen bleaching rate.The best degradation efficiency reach up to 85.7% under the best condition of growth cells.When the strain was degraded with HMX as sole source of carbon and energy,the degradation rate was significantly correlative to the cell concentration and the degradation specific activity of the strains was maintained at rather stable level.
