| 摘 要： | 详细分析了树脂锚杆用热轧钢筋成材后钢筋表面存在裂纹的原因,通过对生产过程中的各个环节逐一排查,找到了钢水卷渣是表面裂纹产生的主要原因,采取相应措施后成功的消除了表面裂纹,保证了质量稳定性.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons of the resin bolt timber with hot-rolled steel, steel surface cracks, found by one investigation in all aspects of the production process, the molten steel slag entrapment is the main reason for surface cracks, take appropriate measures successeliminate surface cracks, and ensure the quality stability. |
