超细粉体旋转闪蒸干燥器密封结构

摘    要:用于干燥超细粉体介质的旋转闪蒸干燥器密封装置,常常因粉体颗粒进入密封装置引起“抱轴”,导致密封失效和电机损坏等事故。针对这一问题,设计了一种气体保护填料迷宫组合密封结构。该密封装置允许少量气体通过迷宫疏齿以较大的动能进入干燥器内,阻止粉体颗粒进入密封腔内,保护密封装置正常工作。保护气体采用洁净气体,填料密封易于实现。通过对组合密封原理分析,介绍了气体保护填料迷宫组合密封装置设计及保护气体进入量及速度的计算方法,并实际应用,运行效果良好。

Abstract:The seal of spin flash dryer,which is used to dry ultrafines,often occurred "clasping axle" to cause the seal failure and burning of the electromotor because of the powder grain dropping into stuffing box.Aiming at this problem,the packing-labyrinth seal protected by gas was designed.The seal allows a little gas to enter dryer from comb stractare of labyrinth with high kinetic energy,thus prevents the powder grain form entering to seal chamber.Clean gas is used as protection-gas and the wad-seal easily meets the sealing need.Through analyzing mechanism of the combined seal,the design method of the seal and the gas leakage are discussed.The seal effect is well in practice.
