数控车床故障率的可靠性分析

摘    要:以国产数控车床为例,对该机床故障部位、故障模式和故障原因三个方面进行故障分析。将数控车床划分为10个子系统,根据数据统计各子系统发生故障的概率,找出故障频发的子系统,深入分析故障模式和故障原因,寻找可靠性改进设计的方向。通过危害度分析,摸清数控车床的薄弱环节,找到关键部件,根据实际情况对数控车床进行可靠性分配和改进设计提供依据。

Abstract:According to domestic CNC lathes,the failure of CNC lathes is analyzed from failure part,failure mode and failure reason,The CNC lathes are divided into ten subsystems.The failure probability of every subsystem is counted by data to find out the subsystems that often have many failures.Failure mode and failure reason are analyzed deeply for making reliability improvement design.Key parts and defective elements are found out by criticality analysis to make reliability allotment and improvement design of CNC lathes according to practical condition
