摘    要:通过对水轮机泥沙磨损机理和磨损条件的分析 ,提出了改善水轮机磨损条件的措施 ,在二元理论基础上 ,对含沙河流中混流式转轮叶片设计方法进行了研究。采用稳定可靠的数值计算方法 ,进行了转轮流场计算、叶片数值积分、叶片加厚等工作。对初步设计的转轮进行了效率和磨损预测。开发了一套实用的含沙河流中混流式转轮叶片水力设计计算机辅助设计系统 ,并给出了一个运用该软件的设计实例。

Abstract:Measures for improving turbine abrasion conditions are provided by analyzing silt abrasion mechanism and conditions in turbine. Design method for runner bucket of Francis turbine in sandy water is studied based on two dimensional theory.Runner flow field computation,bucket numerical integration and bucket thickening are conducted by reliable numerical computation method. Effectiveness and abrasion prediction are carried out for runner during preliminary design.Computer aided system for hydraulic design of Francis turbine runner bucket in sandy water is developed. An instance for application of the designed software is presented.
