摘    要:由于天津市迅猛发展的供热需求,天津军粮城发电有限公司需要对超高压、一次中间再热、三缸三排汽凝汽式汽轮机(7号、8号)进行供热改造。因为全国没有同类型机组的改造经验,需要对机组改造的可行性、安全性、经济性作全面的评价。改造方案为:汽轮机通流部分不变,在中、低压连通管上开孔抽汽,在连通管至双流程低压缸入口前加装蝶阀调整,热网疏水回收进主机热力系统。7号、8号机组供热改造完成后,全年可实现供热224万GJ,节标煤6.3万t,在采暖期可以减少SO2排放582.4t,CO2排放16.12万t,粉尘排放1030.4t。

Abstract:Because of the soaring growth of heat supply demand in Tianjin Municipality, it was necessary for Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Generation CO. Ltd to carry out the cogeneration retrofits of superhigh pressure, once reheating, three cylinders-three exhausts cordensing type steam turbines (No. 7 and NO. 8). through the comprehensive evaluation of feasibility, safety and economics, the retrofiting scheme was proposed as follows: the flow parts of steam turbines underwent no change; to drill holes on the inter-connecting pipes between IP and LP cylinders to extract steam; on the inter-connecting pipes before the inlet of double flow-path LP cylinder to instal butterfly valves to regulate; the drains of heating network were recovered to the thermal power systems of main units. After the cogeneration retrofits of NO.7 and NO.8 units were completed, the energy-saving and discharge-reduction benefit was obvious: the yearly heat supply might reach 224 × 10^4 GJ, 6.3 × 10^4 t standard coal might be economized in one year for the whole company and society; in the heating period,the discharges of SO2,CO2 and dust might be reduced by 582.4 t, 14.12 × 10^4 t and 1 030.4 t respectively.
