柴油机油压与转速的无损检测

摘    要:柴油机油压波形中包含了大量可作为供油系统故障诊断的特征参数和转速变化的信息。介绍了基于PC/104处理器用油压外卡传感器实现柴油机油压与转速无损检测的技术和方法,对供油系统发生故障时的油压波形特征进行了分析,并介绍了基于油压波形测试柴油机转速和加速度动力性能的方法。试验表明,该检测方法方便可行。

Abstract:There are many characteristic parameters in fuel pressure wave, and they can be used as fault diagnosis parameters of fuel supply system and rotating speed in diesel engine. The method about how to achieve fuel pressure and rotating speed by means of nondestructive testing based on PC/104 processor and calipers sensor of fuel wave are introduced, and the fuel wave characters when the diesel has some fault is analyzed. Also the method about how to test the rotating speed and acceleration capability based on the fuel pressure wave are introduced. Experimental results show the testing and diagnosis method can effectively achieve fuel pressure and rotating speed nondestructively, and it is feasible to diagnose fuel supply system fault based on the fuel pressure wave.
