摘    要:为了考察气化炉炉侧喷嘴入射角对炉内流场分布、压力分布和颗粒浓度分布的影响,对一种600kg/h的新型水煤浆气化炉炉内三维流场进行了冷态数值模拟。结果表明,喷嘴距气化炉顶部0.9m时,气化炉炉内流场分布最合理,压力分布和颗粒浓度分布最均匀。分析结果为气化炉的设计和运行提供了参考。

Abstract:For the purpose of clarifying the effect of injection angles of gasifier furnace's side nozzles on the flow field,pressure distribution and particle concentration,a cold state numerical simulation study of the 3-dimensional flow field in a 600 kg/h new type coal water slurry gasified has been conducted.Results show that,with the nozzles positioned 0.9m below the furnace's top,the flow field distribution gets most rational,pressure and particle concentration distribution also most uniform.The analysis results may serve as a reference for designing and operation of gasifiers.Figs 6,Table 1 and refs 5.
