月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐的泡沫性能研究

摘    要:用WaringBlender法对月桂醇聚氧乙烯 (9)醚乙酸钠 (AE9C Na)在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,AE9C Na水溶液在pH <6的范围内泡沫性能差 ,pH≥ 8时起泡能力强泡沫稳定性好 ,且有一定的耐温 ,抗盐及抗钙能力 ,可反复起泡消泡 ,因此AE9C Na可作为液体洗涤剂的主活性剂及循环泡沫流体的主剂。

Abstract:The foam properties of lauryl alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate AE_9C-Na were investigated by Waring Blender method on various conditions. The results showed that AE_9C-Na solution exhibits poor foaming ability at pH<6,but excellent foam properties at pH≥8, and it possesses definite thermestable, antisalt and anti-Ca 2+ abilities, and could be foaming and defoaming repeatedly. So AE_9C-Na could be used as a recycle foamer in oil well foam drilling.
