| 摘 要： | 在宽0．5m、高1．0m的点窝状异形竖板传热元件上进行了酒精离心液的结垢的实验研究，分析了酒糟离心液絮垢的形成过程，讨论了影响结垢的主要因素，提出了减缓成垢的措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the fouling of centifugate from distiller's grains was investigated, and its forming process was also analysed on a vertical dimpled plate with 0. 5m wide and 1. 0m long. The principal effects of the fouling were discussed and the methods of decreasing the fouling were mentioned as well. |
