| 摘 要： | 建立了分子荧光法测定富硒油菜籽中硒含量的快速测定方法。该方法简便、灵敏度高、精确度好,其线性相关系数为0.9998,相对标准偏差3.48%,回收率99.45%,检测下限4.5ng/mL。

| Abstract: | Determination of selenium content in rapeseed by fluorometric method was studied.The results showed that the proposed method worked well,the RSD was 3.48%,the recovery rate of selenium was 99.45% and the lower limit of determining selenium was 4.5 ng/mL. |
