摘    要:提出某省级电网热电联产机组远程调度系统和针对终端采暖负荷的远程控制系统,利用空调热泵分担部分传统散热器采暖负荷,调节热网总采暖负荷和电网总电力负荷的比例。通过改变负荷约束条件进行采暖需求侧管理,在热电联产机组和纯凝汽火电机组之间、热电联产机组和风力发电机组之间实现新的最优化负荷分配。建立数学模型,计算了采暖与电力综合调度方法的潜在节能效益。

Abstract:The article puts forward provincial grid cogeneration unit remote scheduling system and remote control system aiming at the heating load for end users. Air conditioning heat pump is used to share parts of the traditional radiator heating load,adjust the ratio of the total heating load of heat network and total power grid load.
