基于多信号流图模型的装备故障诊断方法

摘    要:为了提高装备故障诊断效率,介绍了一种基于多信号流图模型的新型故障诊断方法.基于TEAMS Designer软件工具,建立了某自行高炮供电系统多信号流图模型.通过对该系统多信号流图模型进行分析,针对故障现象设计出了合理有效的故障诊断策略,通过实际的故障诊断应用及与传统的测试诊断方法比较,显示出该诊断方法的优越性和有效性.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis for equipment,a novel fault diagnosis method based on multi-signal flow graphs model was introduced.And it built multi-signal flow graphs model for an antiaircraft power supply system using TEAMS Designer.By the analysis of the system model,It finally designed a rational and effective strategy for fault diagnosis.The superiorly of this diagnostic method was proved by application and comparing to traditional fault diagnosis method.
