摘    要:药温是155 mm自行加榴炮的主要战技指标之一,是影响火炮初速和射程的重要参量.在分析发射药传热特性的基础上,建立了描述药温变化规律的非稳态热传导模型,开发了一种非接触式全自动药温在线测量装置,可实现对自行加榴炮的装药温度场和实时平均温度的精确测量,并能通过该装置上的通讯接口将测量结果传输给火控系统的炮长任务终端,满足了自行加榴炮武器系统对数字化和信息化的要求.

Abstract:The charge temperature is one of the main tactical and technical indexes for 155mm self-propelled gun howitzer,and is a critical parameter affecting the muzzle velocity and range of gun.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the heat transfer character of propellant,an unsteady-state heat conduction model describing the change rules of the charge temperature is built.A non-contact automatic online measurement unit on charge temperature is developed.This unit can accurately measure the temperature field and real-time average temperature of charge placed into the self-propelled gun howitzer and transmit the measurement result to the gunner’s task termination on the fire control system through the communication interface,meeting the self-propelled gun howitzer weapon system for the requirements of digitalization and informatization.
